The House Meadow is all about freedom. You aren’t limited to these services at all, however, we know it can prove very useful to have an idea of cost so that you can factor everything (we don’t approve of hidden costs) into your budget. Your Wedding Day is all about YOU and we’ll help you keep it that way.

STANDARD VENUE HIRE (BLANK CANVAS)

A rare and refreshing option! You hire The House Meadow as a blank canvas and and from there you can design and plan every last detail of your day exactly as you want it. We can advise you on some fantastic local suppliers but the choice of caterers, entertainment, florists, photographers, marquee company, etc, is entirely yours. All we ask is that your ideas are run past us to ensure we can fully accommodate them and that our usual Terms and Conditions are kept to. The venue is yours exclusively for the full day and the erection of marquees can take place 1-2 days prior to your event.

MARQUEE RECEPTION PACKAGE

For some couples hiring The House Meadow as a Blank Canvas is exciting but daunting. This is where we can help. Following the initial viewing we can develop and arrange your marquee reception.

We will take responsibility for all administrative work with the chosen vendor and be the main correspondent throughout the planning stage. We will ensure that your marquee order is perfect for your wedding and that the logistical side of things come together too. We will be there to receive the delivery of the marquee, supervise it’s erection, ensure it’s all ready to be decorated by a specified time (we can do this too if needed), and oversee the dismantling and collection too – leaving you stress free!

TEEPEE RECEPTION PACKAGE

A rustic twist on the traditional marquee, which compliments the landscape beautifully.
